Anand Mandal (MIEEE) received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from CUET, Bangladesh, in 2012, his M.Eng. in Electrical Power Engineering from Kathmandu University, Nepal, in 2017, and his PhD degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wollongong, Australia, in 2025. Since 2015, he has worked as an electrical engineer at the Nepal Electricity Authority, with expertise in designing, testing, and commissioning high-voltage substations. He has successfully commissioned and provided consultancy services for the design of over five substations exceeding 132 kV, all of which have been operating satisfactorily to date.
