About

A smart inhaler supporting asthma patients with training and symptom control

Hale is an asthma management system that encourages people to be more adaptable with their therapy, whilst facilitating and simplifying it. It is composed of an inhaler, a charging base and a mobile app that help patients control their asthma by sending them visual reports and reminders. It also encourages the user to practice their inhaling technique by following the instructions directly linked with the Hale device.

This is the reason why I wish to continue this path by also implementing the technical knowledge I acquired during these years starting with my final thesis. In order to write the latter, I designed a new inhaler for asthmatic patients. more
