A lamp that displays the story of your life

Memory Lamp is a DIY lighting system designed to capture its user’s memories. Created as an open source effort to inject new life into an everyday object, users need only an IKEA LAMPAN lamp, 3D printed joints and digital files to transform a common table lamp into a new medium of communication. With easily updatable files, the content of lamp evolves over time to reflect the life of its users.
