About

Smart sportwear to help detect and prevent exertional heat stroke

Reactive Wear is a range of smart sportswear designed to help detect and prevent exertion heat stroke. The aim of the project is to create a collection of knitted and printed samples that will change colour when the temperature of the wearer exceeds the core body temperature upper-limit threshold, in order to identify early signs of this condition. The new line of sportswear can help enhance performance as well as improving safety during exercise.
