SES-1

About

A transportable, low cost mechanical ventilator to help hospitals dealing with Covid-19 cases

SES-1 is a non-invasive mechanical ventilator offering assisted ventilation for volume and pressure control. It is transportable, so it can be used during an emergency within an ambulance as well as in hospital. At 4 kilos, it is lightweight and easy to move. It is also easy to manufacture due to its internal structure made of galvanized aluminum sheets combined with an external structure of polypropylene, and edges reinforced with medical grade silicone rubber to protect it from falls and shocks. Its characteristics make it a low cost device that can be mass produced and distributed widely especially in emergency situations.
