Akshat is a student of chemical engineering and a budding entrepreneur. He comes from a background of Rice Milling and Processing. Seeing the problems in current rice fortification technologies inspired him to look for solutions. He along with his teammates are working on designing a cheaper, better and simpler rice fortification technology.
