Amir Amiri is a PhD candidate in Food Science at the University of British Columbia and Product Manager at Sustainable Bioproduct Innovations. His research focuses on developing novel protein- and fiber-based fat replacers to create healthier, more sustainable food products without compromising texture or taste. Amir has published widely in international journals, co-authored book chapters, and received multiple awards and fellowships.
