Arina Machine

About

Arina is a Master’s student at the University of Cambridge. Most of her academic work revolves around remote sensing and forest ecology, mapping out regions of the UK best suited for forest growth to help battle climate change. She has a strong background in plant sciences, with experience with experimental crop science, crop yield modeling, and disease predictions. Arina has been instrumental in outlining the agricultural sector in Ghana and product development. She has also participated in SLUSH, a startup and tech event held in Helsinki, Finland, as well as the Homerton Changemakers programme, both of which foster and help build entrepreneurial ideas.
