Naser Al Fakhouri is a Jordanian/Palestinian architect and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture degree at Yale University. Prior to joining Yale, Naser earned his bachelor of architecture degree at the American University of Sharjah. HIs undergraduate thesis was internationally recognized by the Global Undergraduate Awards, in which he was awarded with the Highly Commended Entrant Award. Naser’s professional experience is varied and encompasses fields such as real estate development, engineering, and architecture. Naser’s current research at Yale relates to the reactivity of interstitial spaces and their relationship to the formation of ritualistic culture, collective memories, and identity in the UAE.
