GlomoFinder

About

Kidney Biopsy Analysis Tool

GlomoFinder transforms kidney biopsy analysis with an advanced online tool that uses computer vision to enhance diagnostic speed and precision. By analysing digital biopsy samples, the tool generates detailed reports on glomerular conditions, including quantification and categorisation, within 0.5 to 1 minute. Leveraging state-of-the-art image-processing algorithms, it significantly reduces processing time and improves accuracy compared to traditional methods. The system supports large-scale image data handling and is designed for high-throughput analysis
