Koto Small House

Koto Small House

About

Koto is a highly space efficient detached house designed for easy transport and construction. The house can be assembled at the factory then shipped to the site. All its features maximise the use of space: its unique sandwich wall is self-supporting and insulating, large windows allow natural light, a removable panel system makes the inner walls fully customizable and the engineering is hidden under the floor. A loft bed frees up space and room inside furniture is utilised for storage.
