About

Adapting our diets to mitigate the impact of overfishing and rebalance marine ecosystems

Native is an initiative to promote the integration of invasive fish into our diet, in order to mitigate the impact of overfishing and give native fish a chance to regenerate, thus rebalancing the marine ecosystems. It is a space intended to house a vegetable garden, a market area and a restaurant where consumers can see the fish being cooked, try it, and learn new recipes fusing modern and traditional Greek cuisine.
