Plus Minus 25º

About

A temperature regulating curtain system that works without electricity

Plus Minus 25º is a temperature regulating curtain. As temperatures rise worldwide we rely more and more on cooling equipment in the summer months. In comparison to conventional devices this curtain is a self maintaining cooling/warming system that works without using electricity. The fabric is printed with phase changing material (PCM). Above 25°C the microencapsulated PCM absorbs heat and changes from a solid into a liquid state. When the room temperature drops again the absorbed heat is released. This has a cooling effect in summer and a warming effect in winter.
