SureStride

About

Clip-on attachment to improve walking in CAM boots

SureStride is a universal, clip-on attachment that improves mobility for users of CAM (Controlled Ankle Movement) boots, typically worn during recovery from lower-limb injuries. While these boots provide support, they often cause discomfort, imbalance and poor gait. SureStride reduces strain and offloads weight using retractable leads that stabilise movement and promote a more natural gait. Compact, lightweight and easy to fit without tools, it offers a hands-free alternative to crutches or walkers, enabling a more confident recovery
