About

AURA is an AI-powered system that uses coordinated drone swarms to detect wildfires within 10 minutes and autonomously suppress them. Combining thermal and visual sensors with advanced computer vision, detection drones scan large areas while heavy-lift suppression drones deliver targeted retardants. Built from modular, off-the-shelf hardware and open-source software, AURA is cost-effective, scalable, and adaptable to varied terrains. By enabling 24/7 monitoring and rapid response, it offers a transformative solution to wildfire management
