Circular Steam

Circular Steam

About

Cooking in open dishes where steam and heat are lost wastes valuable energy and does not produce optimally nutritious meals The Circular Steam system introduces low-energy heat and moisture into cooking vessels through valves regulated by electromagnets. Energy is stored and transferred to other vessels as needed. A touch-sensitive interface is used to regulate the parameters of time, humidity and temperature ensuring flavoursome nutritious results can be achieved in a sustainable way.
