This project tackles the urgent challenge of PFAS contamination by developing a water treatment method that not only removes these hazardous chemicals but fully mineralises them into harmless elements. Unlike existing techniques that merely concentrate or separate PFAS, this approach aims to eliminate them from the environment entirely. The solution is cost-effective, environmentally sustainable, and capable of meeting stringent health standards, offering significant long-term benefits to affected communities in Australia and around the world
