Project Overview
About
Dex is an integrated healthcare system for diabetic patients. It consists of a pair of smart insoles that is paired with a health monitoring system and a suite of foot focused games to encourage the use of exercise to manage diabetic conditions through the gamification of fitness routines. The insole’s design offers flexibility in the placement of the sensors to suit different foot types.

Elyn Wu is an industrial designer with a strong aptitude in technology-driven design innovations. Coupled with her belief in a human centric design process, she is able to create design solutions with smart interactive feedbacks that resonate with human behaviors.
