Helixcore

Helixcore

Project Overview

About

HelixCore is a DNA-inspired helical metal insert that retrofits into existing refrigerant tubes to improve heat transfer in air conditioning systems. By inducing gentle micro-turbulence, it increases surface interaction without increasing pressure drop, doubling condenser performance. The insert is recyclable and compatible with most systems. By cutting energy use and emissions, HelixCore extends equipment lifespan and supports global climate targets, offering a scalable, sustainable upgrade to one of the world’s fastest-growing energy demands
