Project Overview

About

Worldwide, 16 million people suffers strokes annually, most of whom do not regain full limb functionality. Omnihuman uses VR and soft robotics to motivate patients to engage in upper limb exercises through playing a variety of musical instruments. The device facilitates the fine muscular movement of the fingers for patients who are unable to achieve precise motor movement and is adjustable according to the patient’s needs, providing essential motivation for consistent rehabilitative exercise.
