Food security is an increasingly pressing issue in the modern world as current methods of food production become unsustainable. Reimagine.farm responds to this problem by providing a soilless vertical-farming suite, to be used at either a domestic or commercial scale. It uses fog as a watering method while an AI system monitors the crops, increasing growth efficiency and crop yield while decreasing energy usage and waste output. Each stack can grow 1.5kg of produce in a week using 2 litres of water, making it approximately fifty times more water-efficient than conventional farming.
