YUZZ

YUZZ

Project Overview

About

This innovative system repurposes EV batteries with remaining capacity to boost the efficiency of high-speed charging stations. Retaining over 80% of their original storage capability, the batteries are re-engineered to manage peak demand, reduce grid strain, and optimise energy use during high-demand periods. The modular, scalable solution helps prevent overloads, cuts operational costs, and allows stations to benefit from flexible energy rates. By extending battery life and avoiding costly grid upgrades, YUZZ supports the circular economy and advances the energy transition
