The Challenge
Across the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, global demand for functional ingredients is rising – from natural colourants to stabilisers. Yet most of these inputs are still derived from synthetic sources of energy-intensive supply chains. At the same time, thousands of tonnes of agricultural by-products – such as palm waste and fruit peels – are burned, landfilled, or left to rot, contributing to pullution and lost value.
The Solution
Using AI-driven biotechnology and IoT-enabled production, P-VITA offers low-cost, natural alternatives to synthetic additives while advancing a circular bio-economy.
