P-Vita uses patented biotechnology and AI driven production to convert agricultural waste, primarily palm residues, into natural, cost-effective raw materials for the food, beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. Its lead product, beta-carotene, is produced at 75% lower cost and 40% higher yield than conventional methods, using a modified algae strain and IoT optimised processes. Rather than building its own manufacturing plants, P-Vita licenses its technology through a B2B franchise model, providing production specs, training, and quality assurance to partners who set up and operate their own lines.
