Eco-friendly MikuyTec has been designed to protect against the microbial fungi which are frequently the cause of food deterioration and wastage. The spray contains antifungal peptides which, when sprayed on fruits and vegetable pre and post-harvest, protects against the microbes by adhering to the outer layers of the food and attacking the fungi, thus prolonging shelf life.
