About

A women’s toilet that needs no contact

Squat & Sit is a female public toilet designed to be more flexible and hygienic. The toilet’s form allows the user to adopt a semi-squat pose that requires less contact with the seat. Designed for Hong Kong’s female population, 80 percent of which use a semi-squat approach when using a public toilet, Squat & Sit aims to provide women with a way to relieve themselves without having to come into contact with the toilet seat.
