Accidents involving electric vehicles are challenging firefighters due to lack of industry guidance

Fuse is an AI-assisted tool with sensors and cameras together with flashlights and access to a data-base of 3D models and rescue information. The system creates a scan of the incident and compares it with the models of vehicles on its database to generate real-time recommendations on best pro-cedure. The information is collected and accessible on the platform, furthering its functionality.

    Sinan Altun is an industrial designer from Turkey. He studied his bachelor’s degree at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and after he graduated, he collaborated with Paşabahçe on a special glassware collection. Then, he worked for a well-known design consultancy DesignUM based in Istanbul for 4 years as an industrial designer. He worked on many projects from different fields in a wide range of products from small household appliances, and electronics to automotive and more. Following that, he joined the Advanced Product Design Programme at Umeå Institute of Design in Sweden. During his career, he earned many accomplishments from various reputable design awards and competitions. more
